Harris County Precinct 4 invites the public to a heartfelt Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 26, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the War Memorial Pavilion in Bear Creek Pioneers Park.

This annual tradition offers a time of solemn reflection and community remembrance in honor of the service members who gave their lives in defense of our nation. Set against the backdrop of the War Memorial, a landmark erected in 1985, the ceremony pays tribute to Harris County residents who fell in World War I and the many conflicts that followed.

The event is open to all ages and will include meaningful tributes to those who served with courage and made the ultimate sacrifice. It’s a moment to pause, honor their legacy, and express collective gratitude as a community.
